Specific wish: I work at the intersection of emerging talent potential, organizational change, and next-generation leadership — helping Gen Z leaders (18–30) thrive in their careers, guiding companies to harness their unique skills and perspectives, and amplifying their voices through the my soon to be launched podcast, called 10 Revolutions.
I am about to launch the Next Revolution a coaching, training and advisory practice. I have curated a 10-week programme that blends group coaching, 1:1 mentoring, and practical tools to support emerging leaders (ages 18–30) in aligning their personal purpose with clients' organisational goals. It’s screen-free, reflective, and delivered in a way that resonates with how younger talent wants to grow and connect.
The programme helps participants build purpose, confidence, and optimism—while developing the essential mindsets and skills needed to thrive in modern workplaces. It explores, Wellbeing and emotional resilience, Purpose, Strengths and Values, Goal setting, Mindset, and Habits. It addresses a critical challenge: many Gen Z employees enter the workforce with creativity and tech fluency, but often lack the emotional preparedness, workplace confidence, and communication skills to succeed and lead.
In addition, the programme offers employers an insight into early talent motivation, wellbeing, strengths and alignment with the company mission to support long-term development, retention, and cultural/leadership readiness.
I'm looking for a high impact, well connected partner to help me bring my vision to life and bring fresh ideas and complimentary skills. You may:
1. Be a coach looking to help shape and deliver the core coaching programme
2. Have a background in workplace training, now looking to go it alone
3. Have experience in workplace culture able to provide advisory services
4. Be well connected in L&D, HR, Early Talent / Grad Programmes and able to attract clients
I am ideally looking for a partner to co-create with to bring new skills, fresh insights and connections, either another coach to deliver the programme or someone who can develop the training and advisory side of the business, or someone who can attract and retain clients.
I would expect an initial time commitment of 1 day per week which will increase once we start delivering the programme.
