My name is François-Xavier Arguillère. I am a television producer with more than twenty years of experience, working at the heart of complex and ambitious productions in Belgium and internationally. Over the years, I’ve seen teams become more professional, constraints multiply, and schedules grow increasingly dense—while the tools used to manage all this complexity have largely failed to keep up. Schedulise was born from that reality. Not from a theoretical idea, but from a very practical, on-the-ground need: to make information reliable, centralize data, reduce teams’ mental load, and give time back to what truly matters. Schedulise turns a schedule into a living tool—budget-driven, collaborative, and evolving—capable of anticipating human, financial, and soon environmental impacts of a production. Today, a working prototype exists and has been tested and strongly validated by experienced producers, line producers, and project managers. The potential is clear: Schedulise doesn’t just solve my own problems, but those of an entire industry. I am now looking for partners to take the next step: structuring development, strengthening the product vision, and building together a reference tool for content and event production.
