Description: Wilco (ex-Scientipôle Initiative) supports early-stage disruptive innovative startup from the Paris region, thanks to a combination of financial leverage (loans <120k€) and tailored business development support helping them to reach their 1st M€ in turnover. As the Accelerator Program Manager I have been responsible for : • Management of activities required to support startups and mentors during execution of the program • Day to day engagement with cohort startups, mentors and partners • Assisting in the development of Accelerator program and curriculum • Supporting CEOs in they day-to-day tasks and long term strategies • Recruiting Advisors, Investors and Mentors for the program • Developing sponsorships and partnership opportunities • Coordinating startup application and selection progress • Organising Pitch/demo day • Community building, active participation in the community, an organisation of events • Participating and representing WILCO in the local Startup community • Management of a team of two Junior Program Managers I've backed and had the opportunity to work alongside more than 20 startups as @LeCiseau.fr, @Staycation, @Hopfab, @R-Pur, @Advitam, @TrainMe, @Shapeheart, @SpartanUnderwear, @Syos, @TravauxLib, @404PlaceVendome, @MeilleureCopro, @Yespark...
