Accomplishments:
I am a Ugandan social entrepreneur who has successfully built and led impact-driven ventures that combine business with women’s economic empowerment. Through NaRoho, I developed and oversaw the production of high-quality leather goods while training and employing young women artisans, creating both income and skills development opportunities. I have expanded my vision now into ethical sourcing through "auroho Ethia Sourcing", connecting international markets—particularly in Europe—with women-led farmer cooperatives in Uganda. Across my work, I have demonstrated leadership in sustainable production, cross-border trade, community-based enterprise development, and brand storytelling that positions African craftsmanship and ethical products competitively in global markets.
