The Analyzer connects directly to relational databases—starting with SQL Server—to perform data profiling, structural reviews, and basic anomaly detection. It evaluates factors such as data quality, indexing efficiency, schema consistency, and potential performance bottlenecks, providing an at-a-glance health score for technical teams and decision-makers.
The tool also integrates with Power BI, delivering a predefined, easy-to-navigate dashboard that highlights key issues and trends without requiring advanced configuration. This makes it ideal for both technical and business users who need fast, visual insights.
Designed as a lightweight, standalone application, BI Squared Analyzer allows organizations to assess their data environments quickly, export results to CSV or Excel, and use the findings to prioritize optimizations, migrations, and governance efforts.
