CapiNext is an end-to-end M&A infrastructure enabling accounting firms, business lawyers and M&A advisers to execute SME sell-side mandates under their own brand, from initial assessment to closing. It connects financial data, valuation, transaction documents, buyer matching, negotiation, confidential datarooms, due diligence and closing workflows. Professionals retain the client relationship and validate sensitive actions. The project is in development, with an international ambition.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial CTO co-founder with proven fintech experience, preferably B2B, fluent French and English, and a strong understanding of accounting and corporate finance. The role covers technical strategy, architecture, hands-on development, AI integration, data security and building the engineering team. International experience is welcome.
