FitFabTV is a 24 hour workout channel, which also includes tips on budget healthy eating. 70% of women in South Africa are classified as overweight or obese.
FitFabTV aims
1. To get South African women healthier in the comfort of their living rooms.
2. Women who are time starved
3. Women who want to get healthy but cannot afford gym membership and don’t have the information to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
The content will include locally produced workout sessions, eat-well-on-a-budget cooking shows and interactive spiritual and personal development shows.
