I am looking to launch a chain of supermarkets that will disrupt the way supermarkets currently operate. The intention is to launch online stores as well as physical stores. There are 1000s of food startups launching innovative and high quality food products every single year, but they can't get their products on supermarket shelves because they often can't scale, their margins are squeezed by the "big boys" and consumers are getting exposed to some great brands.
