It will also feature 4 Different Theme Parks, 3 Water Parks, Hotels, Retail And Dining Experiences, Business Districts, Theatres, Sports Stadiums, An Immersive Experience Park, Movie Studio, Conference Center, Athletic center, a Mega Mall, A Zoo, a Indoor Snow Park, Golf Course, etc. all within a Walking distance from each other and will be located in Texas, on 40,000 acres.
