A property entrepreneur with a decade's experience: having co-owned a real estate agency that bought & sold properties in Soweto & the Western Cape, owning property companies that have been involved in advisory and project management with property companies (residential & commercial ) in South Africa, USA, Europe, UAE and select countries on the African continent. I am an innovative, confident and enthusiastic individual who is always willing to acquire new skills. My current company is called Back & Front Opposite, which is focused on proptech, security and design & build. One of the first projects that we were involved in was with a property insurance company, which offered innovative solutions to property investors/ owners. I am driven to take initiative in execution: part of the mandate with the insurance company was to assist with to co-ordinate a partnership relationship with Vunani Capital as part of their planned national growth. I am quick to grasp new ideas and concepts and work well under pressure. I work well in a team environment, possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
