Description:
Community focused new build development model.
• Mix of classical Georgian inspired (urban plots) Victorian mill inspired (rural plots)
terraced houses and apartments set in a U-formation around a central courtyard and
gardens, housing a multi-use community building.
• Residential units are wrapped in an outer ring of gardens, parking, and access road
around perimeter.
• Off-site prefab structures finished to specification by trained in-house skilled trades
people. Simple externals with well-proportioned high-quality windows and doors.
• Every external detail is the same across all developments allowing massive economies
of scale.
• With the externals uniform, the internal finishes can be specified online for items such
as wall colours and pre-defined extras such as cabinetry, garden rooms and floor
finishes using a similar model used to purchase a ‘Tesla car’. These additions are then
added to a buyer’s purchase price/mortgage saving them additional expense
customising after purchase.
• The model can be set at an optimum site size to approach landowners only willing to
offload parcels of land.
• Community building to house automated cafe/shop selling local produce stocked by
local suppliers. Facilities such as a gym and multi-use spaces with hot desks,
educational and workshop spaces.
• Scale of each development can be adapted to the size of each plot but with the same
size individual units for ease of repeat construction.
