The main issue they have is the limited technical knowledge and development experience. They ask development companies for help, their advice is not based on what is best for the startup, but what is best for their own company. Probably they try to sell you a fixed price project. This sounds good, but actually it puts your concept into the wrong direction, because you cannot know everything what your customers finally wants. Fixed price development does not work for an innovative tech concept. The best is to have your own developers building with an agile scrum methodology. As tech startup advisor I can help you with getting your product build in the right way and with the right technology and with the right people.
