I created my first company (Qualitelis) to offer independent hotels and hotel groups my 20 years of experience in the luxury hotel and restaurant business. Hotels such as the Lutetia (Paris) , the Byblos (St Tropez) , the Crillon (Paris) or the Martinez (Cannes) were among my first clients. I use high-value technological tools and the latest training and coaching techniques to achieve my client’s goals. I work mainly with luxury independent hotels and with groups such as Relais & Chateaux, Châteaux & Hotels collection, Elegancia. I accompany hotels, restaurants and spas in their customer relations, management and sales strategy. My offer is unique. In the same way, I am the only person giving my clients the possibility to pay a part of their bill in Barter exchange against rooms or services via my second company :Trading Links, the worldwide exchange network specialized in the hotel and hospitality business. Before my entrepreneur carreer, I had a 25 years carrer in the luxury hotel industry.
