We are seeking a USA-based resident to join a long-term business partnership involving a Delaware-registered company in good standing. This is a high-growth opportunity for a responsible and motivated individual to take on the role of 100% legal owner and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

The CEO will be responsible for full company compliance, identity verification, and operational access across major U.S. business and marketplace platforms. This includes maintaining proper business standing and overseeing official corporate responsibilities in line with U.S. regulations.

The business is structured for scalable expansion and will be operated through experienced third-party professionals handling marketplace operations, logistics, marketing, and fulfillment. The focus is on building a fully systemized, growth-oriented company.

My role will be strictly as a capital investor under a formal legal agreement. I will provide funding to support business development and growth, and receive agreed returns as defined in the contract. I will not be involved in operational control, account management, or verification processes.
