I manage and operate via three successful proprietary organizations the Oldest of which is ALSHARIF ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS which was established in 2001 and we offer a multitude of consultancy services with a workforce of 13 Engineers of various disciples and two offices. The other two establishments that I own are ALSHARIF EST. FOR CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY which is concerned about providing new and innovative construction technologies to the local GCC markets. This second organization is formed three years ago and it is the sole representative of a promising and cost-effective building system. This precast concrete building system was developed in the USA in the late 70s of the previous century with 40 years of proven track record. The WAFFLE-CRETE affordable building system, as it is known globally, targets the niche market of the fixed income tier with virtually no competition. The third entity is ALSHARIF EST. FOR TRADE AND IMPORTS. Currently, this organization's main activity is importing high-quality residential doors from associate companies in China.

Waffle-crete is a unique, cost-effective building system that was developed in the late 70s of the previous century by an American company named Global Technology Building systems. Since its debut, Waffle-Crete has attracted attention and enjoyed resounding success in numerous projects all over the globe. This precast concrete system is predicated on 50% material saving and 30% saving on labor costs. Overall, cost savings can be between 20% and 35% depending on the size of the project. Also, Waffle-Crete offers a substantial improvement in the quality of the residential units, thus improving the life quality of the residents. As such, the Waffle-Crete economical building system targets cost-conscious projects and the long-neglected fixed income tier. This efficient building system caters to a large segment in the construction market with little or no competition.
Nonetheless, Waffle-crete has no previous precedence in the GCC markets due mainly to the extravagant nature of the local markets in the past. However, local societies are undergoing drastic formations in the last few years, and people are increasingly becoming cost-conscious. As such, the presumed introduction of the Waffle-crete to the GCC markets has come in the right place at the right time.
ALSHARIF EST. is the sole and only franchiser of the Waffle-Crete system in the GCC countries. The system is registered and approved by the SAUDI MINISTRY OF HOUSING to be awarded sizable housing projects.
