Over the past several months, I've been focused on turning ideas into practical solutions that create value for people and communities in Malawi.
Some of the milestones I'm proud to have achieved include:
✅ Establishing and developing Vision Paint & Building Services, a company dedicated to delivering quality painting, construction, renovation, and building maintenance services.
✅ Developing professional business systems, including company policies, governance frameworks, operational manuals, invoicing systems, and customer service processes to support sustainable business growth.
✅ Designing innovative customer-focused initiatives, such as flexible payment options, to make quality construction and painting services more accessible to homeowners and businesses.

Project Overview:
Mzuzu Poultry Farm is a commercial poultry venture aimed at producing high-quality eggs and broiler chickens to meet the growing demand for poultry products in Northern Malawi. The project seeks $15,000–$20,000 in funding to cover start-up costs including chicks, housing, feed, and essential equipment. The farm’s mission is to supply affordable, nutritious poultry products, create employment opportunities, and promote sustainable farming practices.
Background:
Poultry consumption in Malawi continues to rise as urban populations grow and the need for affordable protein increases. However, local production often falls short of market demand, and quality standards are inconsistent.
Mzuzu Poultry Farm will fill this gap by producing:
Fresh eggs – hygienically produced and readily available
Broiler chickens – healthy, ready-to-cook meat
Optional by-product: Poultry manure for organic fertilizer production
Objectives:
Produce 500 eggs per day within the first year.
Achieve 1,000 broilers per month by the second year.
Reach break-even within 18 months.
Expand to include hatchery services within 3 years.
